Former congressman George Santos, who was expelled last week from the House in a historic vote, has set up a Cameo account where the public may pay for a bespoke video message.
Images of his account, which had the bio “Former congressional ‘Icon’!” on it, began to circulate online on Monday morning. Several legislators were among the people who shared videos of Santos giving advice, blowing kisses, and making jokes about Botox.
Initially priced at $75, Santos’ customized videos climbed up to $200 by Monday night. Additionally, he charges $10 for SMS texts.
“Screw the haters. The haters are going to hate,” the former lawmaker said in one of the videos shared by Nebraska state Sen. Megan Hunt. “Look, they can boot me out of Congress but they can’t take away my good humor or my larger-than-life personality nor my good faith and the absolute pride I have for everything I’ve done.”
Santos allegedly said to another Cameo user, “You know, Botox keeps you young, fillers keep you plump.”

The New York politician is just the sixth member to be removed in the history of the House. He was booted from the chamber last week after a scandal-plagued career in Congress and an anticipated criminal prosecution. According to reports, he lied about a number of things, including his college degree, work at prestigious Wall Street businesses, and his Jewish heritage.
Subsequently, a comprehensive federal indictment surfaced, accusing him of pilfering the identities of contributors, charging tens of thousands of dollars in illicit transactions using their credit cards, and transferring a portion of the proceeds to his own bank account.
Santos’ trial is set for the following year after he entered a not guilty plea.
