The Pepsi 125 Diner finally opened its doors in SoHo, celebrating (as the name suggests) over 125 years of Pepsi.
When you enter The Pepsi 125 Diner, the fun kicks off right away with an interactive taste test: the Pepsi Challenge, which is a callback to a PR campaign from the 1970s.
Once you’ve taken the Pepsi challenge, The Pepsi Museum is the next stop, and it is filled with rare Pepsi memorabilia and plenty of good photo opportunities.
The Innovation Corner, another attraction, has samples of limited edition Pepsi flavors that are no longer on store shelves. For Pepsi nostalgists, this is a must-taste.
When it is time for a seat at the Pepsi Diner proper, with songs inspired by previous Super Bowl halftime shows and Pepsi commercials playing in the background, the options are plentiful. The menu is packed with Pepsi drinks, of course, and has some interesting options, from fries served with Colachup (that’s Pepsi-infused ketchup) to Pepsi pulled pork, it’s not something you’ll see
