The Consulate General of Italy together with partners Ferrero and New York Road Runners (NYRR) announces that registration for the annual Italy Run By Nutella Cafe (5M) officially opens today, February 21st, 2019. The race, hosted to celebrate Festa della Repubblica (Italian National Day), will take place in Central Park on Sunday, June 2.
Participants can register online here. Ferrero is the title sponsor for this race organized by NYRR under the auspices of the Consulate General of Italy.
The race will also provide a great opportunity to celebrate Italy and Italian innovation through the post-race festival held in the very heart of Central Park.
This year, we will reach an even greater number of runners and participants, as we did last year when the run sold out within a few weeks, so sign up quickly and spread the word within your community.
Please note that the Rising New York Road Runners at Italy Run by Nutella Cafe will feature fitness activities followed by age-appropriate runs for participants ages 2-11. Capacity is limited so register your child early here.
