On Sunday, December 4, The Coccia Institute for the Italian Experience in America, at Montclair University will present Rossella Rago’s new book, “Cooking with Nonna: Sunday Dinners with La Famiglia!”, in collaboration with Watchung Booksellers.
The book launch, which will take place at 2 pm, will be followed by a Q&A session with the author herself and moderated by Coccia Institute Director, Mark Rotella, a book signing event, and a food tasting from “da Pepo” in Montclair.
Rossella Rago, the notable social media influencer and host of the popular web series Cooking with Nonna, invites an Italian American nonna to cook with her and share traditional Italian recipes, as well as her memories of her heritage and childhood, in each episode. She presents traditional recipes and also creates her own twist on iconic Italian and Italian American recipes in her cookbooks.
Some of Rago’s previous publications include Cooking with Nonna: Celebrate Food & Family with over 100 Classic Recipes from Italian Grandmothers; Cooking with Nonna: A Year of Italian Holidays: 130 Classic Holiday Recipes from Italian Grandmother; and her newest cookbook Cooking with Nonna: Sunday Dinners with La Famiglia.
