A Ohio police officer from Columbus shot and killed a man near the Republican National Convention (RNC) site in Milwaukee early Tuesday afternoon. The incident occurred near North 14th and West Vliet Streets, about a mile from the RNC’s security perimeter. According to Milwaukee law enforcement sources, five Columbus officers fired their weapons, and witnesses reported hearing five gunshots.
