Stephen “tWitch” Boss, the dancer and DJ on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” has died. His wife confirmed it. He was 40 years old.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that police discovered Boss’ body in a Los Angeles hotel room after his wife, Allison Holker, frantically reported that he had left home without his car, which was unlike him.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I must share that my husband Stephen has left us,” Allison Holker said. “Stephen lit up every room he entered. He valued family, friends and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
Holker continued, “To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain that not a day will go by when we will not honor his memory. We ask for privacy at this difficult time for me and especially for our three children.”
