Three women were killed and four other people have been seriously injured on Sunday morning when a man pulled out a pistol and started firing at a gathering of apartment building tenants in Rome.
The shooting occurred on Sunday morning around 9:30 a.m. The alleged killer, Mario Campiti, 57, has been apprehended following the incident, which took place in a pub in the meeting’s host neighborhood of Fidene.
The motive for opening fire was allegedly a trivial argument between Campiti and three women, which quickly escalated when the man pulled out his gun and started firing.
