Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Automobili Lamborghini launches “Lamborghini: 60 Years of Artistry in Motion” at the Lamborghini Lounge NYC in the Chelsea Arts District. Following its presentation at Art Basel Miami Beach earlier this month, this exhibition invites the public into the private lounge for the first time, offering a unique glimpse into the Lamborghini world.
The art pieces featured in the showcase were commissioned by Lamborghini dealers from across the Americas, reflecting the brand’s rich legacy and its vision for the future. The collection includes diverse works, such as spray-painted canvas, oil on linen, steel and bronze sculptures, custom sneakers, a surfboard, and even a customized digital slot machine.
The Lamborghini Lounge NYC, established in the spring of 2021, has been an exclusive space for enthusiasts to customize their dream cars, witness new vehicle unveilings, and indulge in Italian culinary experiences through invitation-only bespoke events. Now, on the occasion of the 60th-anniversary art exhibition, Lamborghini opens its doors to the public.
A highlight of the exhibition was the Lamborghini Revuelto ‘Opera Unica,’ recently unveiled at Art Basel Miami Beach. Inspired by the colors of the 60th-anniversary silhouette, the Revuelto ‘Opera Unica’s’ hand-painted exterior transitions from Viola Pasifae to Nero Helene, adorned with brushstroke details in warm and cool colors. This meticulous process involved 76 hours of testing and a total of 435 hours to execute, culminating in a subtle 60th-anniversary logo visible on the car’s hood.

The interior mirrors the artistic expression of the exterior: constructing a unique, asymmetric design using colors, the interior required an additional 220 hours to complete. The two-tone leather interior in Nero Ade and Viola Acutus is complemented by embroidered seat backrests, door inserts, and headliners featuring the 60th-anniversary logo, using matching warm and cool colors from the exterior. Even the typically red start and stop cover now stands out with shaded brushstroke colors.
This one-of-a-kind super sports car, conceived by Centro Stile and crafted under the direction of Lamborghini’s Ad Personam team, serves as a true piece of automotive art. Inspired by the vibrant colors of the 60th-anniversary silhouette, the hand-painted exterior transitions from Viola Pasifae to Nero Helene, adorned with brushstroke details in warm and cool colors. The meticulous process required 76 hours of testing and 435 hours of execution, with an additional 220 hours dedicated to completing the asymmetrical interior design.
“The Lounge NYC serves as Lamborghini’s outpost in one of the world’s greatest cities,” remarks Andrea Baldi, Chief Executive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini Americas. “We are excited to invite the public into our Lamborghini world to view the inspiring artwork in this 60th anniversary exhibition. It is also a special moment to display the Revuelto ‘Opera Unica’ highlighting automotive design as art and showcasing the endless possibilities of Lamborghini’s customization.”
The public can view ‘Lamborghini: 60 Years of Artistry in Motion’ at the Lamborghini Lounge NYC, located at 533 West 26th Street, New York, NY, on December 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST daily.”
