After a two-year hiatus caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Italy Run by Ferrero, the popular four-mile run, returns next Saturday, July 16, at 8 a.m. in New York’s iconic Central Park.
Details of the sports event will be unveiled next Friday during a press conference at the Consulate General of Italy in New York.
The event is also promoted by outstanding testimonials, such as Francesco Totti, former captain of Roma Calcio, and American actress Woopy Goldberg, both of whom engaged in funny videos posted on social media to invite everyone to sign up for the sold out race. Those who were not able to register in time will be able to run without a bib, while having fun and keeping fit.
The race, now in its third year, will be a time to celebrate Italy, its excellence, through passion for sports.
