As Diddy’s notorious Manhattan sex trial continues, new evidence photos released Friday show his baby oil collection was being stored in an expensive, humidity-controlled container. The FBI took the photos during a raid of Diddy’s expansive LA mansion, and released them Friday, giving new insight into the former rapper’s disturbing personal life.
The jury was shown the photos last week as Special Agent Andre LeMon, Homeland Security Investigator, testified that the federal government found around 200 bottles of baby oil and 900 bottles of Astroglide lube during their March 2024 blitz of the rapper’s home. The photos reveal stocks of both being stored in a humidor container, or a humidity controlled cigar box, as well as all over the sprawling mansion. Usually, such a container is reserved for cigar enthusiasts keen to preserve the quality, flavor, and freshness of their cigars.
In this unprecedented instance, Diddy stored the lube and baby oil, which he regularly used in his routine sex sessions, referred to as “freak offs.” Casandra Ventura, Diddy’s former girlfriend and employee, testified that the “freakoffs” were opportunities for him to engage in a fantasy of his called “voyeurism, involving costumes, like masks and lingerie. Copious amounts of drugs, including Ecstasy and ketamine, were involved, which Diddy recorded.” Images of drugs and weapons, including guns, were also released by the government.
Diddy’s trial has reached its sixth week, with charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, in a case that shocked the nation. He faces up to life in prison if convicted. The disgraced mogul continues to maintain his innocence, vehemently denying wrongdoing despite the damning evidence and testimonies that have been associated with the case. Assistant US Attorney Maurene Comey hopes the government will rest their case by the end of Monday, with closing arguments tentatively scheduled for Thursday, June 26.
