Bri Stern, former girlfriend of Andrew Tate, has filed a lawsuit for sexual assault, gender-based violence and battery against the influencer who has already been charged in Romania with trafficking and rape. It has been just two weeks since the Trump Administration, of which Tate is an ardent supporter, allegedly helped him return to the United States. Stern alleges that during a meeting at the Beverly Hills hotel on March 11 that began consensually, Tate allegedly became violent, choking her to the point of near unconsciousness. As TMZ (Fox Corporation) reports, the complaint Bri filed with Beverly Hills police includes messages in which Tate allegedly wrote, “I like beating you, it’s very rewarding….What’s the point of having you if I don’t beat you and get you pregnant”? These are some of the chilling messages that Andrew Tate, the “self-proclaimed misogynist” influencer, allegedly sent to girlfriend Bri Stern. Tate denies all allegations.
Bri Stern turned over to police photos that would show her bruised face and screenshots of Tate’s chilling messages. Days after the attack, while in New York for work, the woman went to the emergency room, where she was reportedly diagnosed with post-concussive state. This is a condition that can develop after mild head trauma. Symptoms include dizziness, headaches, memory problems, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, anxiety, and sleep disturbances that can last from several weeks to months.
The charges come just weeks after Andrew Tate’s controversial return to the United States, following a stay in Romania where he spent time between jail and house arrest. He and his brother Tristan were arrested in Bucharest in late 2022 and formally indicted last year on charges of human trafficking, rape, and establishing a criminal group aimed at the sexual exploitation of women.
