Elon Musk is being sued for custody of the child he allegedly had with a young MAGA influencer last year. Ashley St. Clair, a 26-year-old writer, filed a petition for sole legal custody of the child in New York Supreme Court. Last week St. Clair claimed that she and Musk, 53, had a child, who is now five months old, and chided the world’s richest man for not responding to her. St. Clair presented documentation confirming the relationship and contacts between the two, and offered to do a paternity test.
Musk, who already has 11 children by three different women, has written several posts on X where he claims he was manipulated and seduced by St. Clair in order to have a child by him. The 26-year-old claims that the Tesla CEO told her through the exchange of some private messages after the birth of her son, that together they “had a legion of children to have.”
Moreover, in correspondence submitted as documentation by St. Clair, Musk allegedly “acknowledged a sexual relationship” between the couple several times after the birth of the child, whom Musk calls “R.S.C.” in their correspondence.
St. Clair claims that Musk has seen baby R.S.C. only three times since he was born and was not present at his birth in September 2024. As People reports, St. Clair’s legal representative Brian Glicklich said in a statement that “Ashley St. Clair has filed petitions to prove Musk’s paternity and protect her son’s interests. She made every effort to cooperate with Mr. Musk before taking this step.” Now, the attorney points out, “St. Clair has no further comment on the content of the petitions, which speak for themselves.”
