Big party at Mar-a-Lago where celebrations continue for Donald Trump’s overwhelming victory in the last election. Yesterday, the president-elect took the stage at the America First Policy Institute, delivering his first public speech since post-election, during which he wanted to thank his supporters and those who will be part of his new administration.
“In 2016 they were saying, ‘he didn’t win the popular vote’” said the tycoon once he took the floor, ”we won the popular vote by records now, so nobody can say that about us anymore”. Immediately afterward, the MAGA leader wanted to sing the praises of his new cabinet members, many of whom were present. Among them were Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum.
After thanking everyone, Trump shifted the attention of those present to the person who was considered to be his main supporter, Elon Musk. “We have a man who has a seriously high IQ. You know, I’m a person that believes in high IQs, and his is about as high as they get,” Trump said, thanking the 53-year-old Pretoria man for his work during the campaign.

Now, with the tycoon in the White House, Musk and Ramaswamy will lead the new Department of Government Efficiency, with which, according to the tycoon, “They’re going to be saving a lot of money and making our country stronger and better. It’s going to be really great”.
Honeyed words also for the no-vax Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who will serve as Secretary of Health and Human Services. On the latter, the tycoon stated: “He wants to make people healthy. It’s driven him pretty wild over the last number of years. I just looked at the news reports. People like you, Bobby. Don’t get too popular, Bobby”.
At the end of his speech, Trump explained that Doug Burgum will be appointed Secretary of the Interior. The official announcement will come today, when the new Secretary of Energy will also be named.

The president-elect was not the only one to take the stage at the America First Policy Institute. Among the guests of honor at the prestigious gala was Sylvester Stallone, who for nearly 50 years has been one of Hollywood’s iconic faces.
“We are in the presence of a really mythical character. I love mythology”, Sly said pointing to the president-elect, “Nobody in the world could’ve pulled off what he pulled off. So I’m in awe. When George Washington defended his country, he had no idea that he was going to change the world. Guess what? We got the second George Washington”.
