Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh allegations in a new lawsuit claiming he “violently gang raped” a woman in 2018 in response to a comment she made regarding his purported involvement in Tupac Shakur’s murder, The New York Post reported. The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in Northern California federal court, accuses the music mogul of sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping against Ashley Parham, a California resident.
According to the complaint, Parham virtually met Combs during a FaceTime call initiated by a man she encountered outside a bar in February 2018. The man aimed to impress others by showcasing his connection to the rapper. Parham, however, expressed skepticism about Combs, suggesting he had a role in Tupac’s murder. Allegedly overhearing this remark, Combs threatened that she “would” pay for her statement.
On March 23, 2018, Parham was invited to the man’s residence in Orinda, California, ostensibly to assist him with cancer medication. The lawsuit alleges that this invitation was a setup for the assault. Upon her arrival, Combs confronted her with a knife, threatening to give her a “Glasgow smile.” Kristina Khorram, described as Combs’ alleged “manipulator in chief,” reportedly intervened, suggesting that the knife threat would be detrimental to their potential clients.
The complaint further details that Combs used oil or lubricant on Parham and assaulted her with a television remote, while issuing threats regarding her life. It alleges that she was raped by three men in the apartment, with one man using her body in a degrading manner. Khorram is accused of returning to find Parham immobile and forcing her to take an unknown pill.
After the alleged incident, Parham sought medical attention, where a rape kit was administered. Despite reporting the assault to local police, she did not initially provide Combs’ name, fearing retaliation if he discovered her allegations.
Parham is now suing Combs, Khorram, and several unidentified co-defendants, seeking $50 million in damages and a jury trial. This lawsuit comes as Combs faces a wave of sexual assault claims from six individuals, including four men, one of whom was 16 at the time of the alleged incident. Combs is currently in custody, awaiting a May trial on sex trafficking charges, and has maintained his innocence amidst numerous civil lawsuits.
