Are you afraid that extraterrestrials might land on Earth anytime soon? Then you might want to move to Virginia.
A newly released research has ranked the “Old Dominion” state first in the U.S. for preparedness to handle an E.T. invasion, while New York is just outside the top 3.
The paranormal study comes from njcasino.com, which calculated a state’s survival score by looking at a variety of variables, such as population density, the frequency of UFO sightings, the state’s terrain (caves, forests, bodies of water), and its defense (per capita military or law enforcement).
Virginia was rated as having the highest survivability (8.04 out of 10) mainly because of its “larger military force per capita,” according to the statistics. However, New York does not perform too badly as the Empire State is predicted to be able to defeat the extraterrestrial invaders due to its high police to population ratio.
Additionally, the report claims that New Yorkers will be kept alive while they fortify themselves throughout any protracted siege by little green guys thanks to the Empire State’s 2,600 food and beverage producers.
The full rankings see Virginia, Georgia and Massachusetts and New York in the top four places, with respective scores of 8.04/10, 7.95, 7.85 and 7.83.
On the other side of the chart, if you see a flying saucer, it is probably best to sneak the hell out of Nevada. The “Silve State” has the lowest survival rating (4.53 out of 10), as it is afflicted by a high amount of UFO sightings, a dearth of caverns and forested areas to hide in, and a dearth of businesses producing food and beverages.
The study comes in the midst of a resurgence in interest in UFOs and claims made by an Air Force veteran and intelligence officer that the US government has been secretly gathering complete extraterrestrial spaceships for years.
