Festival of Cinema NYC is looking for volunteers for the 2023 film festival!

What Does a Volunteer Look Like?

Take the Initiative – Festival of Cinema NYC has many needs. Volunteer to do something that you are interested in and that also fits a need that we have, such as social media management, photography & videography, and audio/video tech.
Attendees can look forward to over 100 short and feature independent films from all genres including Drama, Family, Comedy, Horror, and Documentary. In addition, attendees can take advantage of the free screenings, workshops and seminars taking place at the Forest Hills Public Library.
This year we’re proud to be working with organizations like Ghetto Film School, FoHi Improv, The Astoria Filmmakers Club, Theaters Unsilenced, and more!
The 2023 Festival of Cinema NYC is supported by The National Endowment for the Arts, The New York State Council on the Arts, The New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and Resorts World Casino NYC. With many other sponsors to be announced!
