The cost of living, the weather, the traffic patterns, and popular industries within a city, among other things, all have a substantial influence on our pleasure at work, according to new study from Glassdoor.
The workplace insights platform compiled a list of the top cities with the satisfied workers to determine where some of the happiest employees in the United States reside. The 25 U.S. cities with the highest ratings were found after examining over 20,000 employee evaluations made on their website between January 2022 and April 2023 per city.
According to the website, these are the top ten American cities with the most contented workers, along with information on their average salaries.
