Last Tuesday evening, Kesté Pizzeria, located in Manhattan’s bustling Financial District, was packed to the brim with more than 120 hungry influencers from NYC and all over the tri-state area.
The beloved pizzeria was hosting what turned out to be a wildly successful Gluten Free Night, where food lovers of all kinds – gluten intolerant, celiac, or just craving free Italian food – united and bonded over an extensive gluten free dinner menu.

Just a few highlights from the menu include potato crockets, arancini, vegetarian and vegan pizza, the “Sabrina” pizza (four cheese truffle cream, imported salami golfetta, and fresh truffle), pistachio pesto pizza, tiramisu, and the “Cupido” (gluten free sponge cake Custer cream with mixed berries and chocolate)—in other words, there was something for everyone.
The room was aglow with ear-to-ear grins and intimate conversations, creating a warm, cozy environment during what was otherwise a cold, rainy February evening in the city.
Roberto Caporuscio, the owner and head chef of Kesté, was the mastermind behind the Gluten Free Night and is often regarded as the guru of gluten free pizza. He never fails to live up to his name, and this event was no exception—rave reviews were pouring in left and right from satisfied influencers who insisted that Kesté serves their favorite gluten free pizza in NYC.
