Located in a former carriage house built in 1910 Hudson Yards Gallery is the newest gallery to live in – you guessed it – New York City’s Hudson Yards area. Located at 447 West 36th Street on the second floor, the 2,300 sq. ft. gallery curates mixed media exhibits, bringing New Yorkers back together to appreciate and enjoy art in person.

From photography and paintings to sculptures and mixed media, the gallery showcases works from well-known and emerging artists locally and across the country including Jonathan Pozniak, David Ruggeri, Abusive Robot, Darren Jones, Gail Buggy, and more. The art and artists may change, but there’s always another show just around the corner.

As an artist himself, gallery director James Weber has been a U.S. Navy Photographer, serving in Japan and Hawaii, and in the last 15 years, working in commercial advertising, fashion, and beauty. After all of that though, art always brings him back to his center. James has shown his work in various galleries, juried shows, and national group shows such as Scope and Art Palm Beach, has been showing with many talented photographers, painters, and sculptors over the years and has even collected many of their works. The network of artists that he has known and that their friends have known is now playing out in the roster of artists that Hudson Yards Gallery is representing.
