Raffetto’s Pasta Shop at 144 W Houston St. in Greenwich Village was established in 1906. Stefano Albertini from NYU tells the story of this historic store that is still owned by the same family. Andrew Raffetto is the third generation making pasta, ravioli, and 50 different kinds of long varieties like spaghetti and fettuccine.
