Read moreDetailsNato a Napoli nel 1983, insegno come professore ordinario di diritto dell’Unione Europea presso il più antico ateneo pubblico d’Europa, fondato dall’Imperatore Federico II nel 1224. Ho svolto diversi periodi di studio e di ricerca negli Stati Uniti, ove sono stato borsista Fulbright, ed attualmente ricopro l‘incarico di Senior Fellow presso l’Istituto di Studi Europei dell’University of California, Berkeley I was born in Naples, Italy, in 1983, where I teach, as Full Professor of European Union Law, at Europe’s oldest public university, established by Emperor Frederick II in 1224. I have studied and visited at several universities in the US, where I was also a Fulbright Fellow, and I am currently Senior Fellow at the Institute for European Studies at University of California, Berkeley
