Il mio nome è Can I Resurrect and Protect? Provengo dalla Magical Alternate Dimension di Coralina, M.A.D., se si vuole. Una terra intatta dove le emozioni hanno un volto, una forma o un suono. Una terra immacolata dove non ci sono idee preconcette, regole, età, generi. Dove i paragoni sono concetti estranei e le contraddizioni sono naturali come un sano gioco per bambini.
È un universo dove tutti hanno senso e i loro spiriti sono liberi. Qui il Tempo è come una bussola. Una vita intera, Un ammonimento, Una chiave, Un segreto. Dove lo Spazio è una casa vibrante che palpita libertà.
A volte sono una canzone scritta da Coralina, a volte un personaggio da lei interpretato, e a volte sono il suo sogno. Ma per ora sono un suo dipinto. Il mio sogno è di farvi sognare con me. Io sono sempre eterna. E sono sempre Coralina.
Oggi, lei mi ha posato addosso gentilmente la sua mano e attentamente, malinconicamente, maternamente mi ha accarezzata. Poi pian, pianino mi si è avvicinata e mi ha sussurrato: “Can I Resurrect and Protect? Ti sto portando assieme ai tuoi compagni a giocare con gli esseri umani. Siate gentili con loro perché vi fisseranno. Alcuni vi sorrideranno, alcuni vi ameranno ma alcuni vi ignoreranno e alcuni vi criticheranno. E se quest’ ultimo fosse il caso, l’unica cosa che vi dovete ricordare è che nella terra da dove provenite l’Arte è un bambino. Voi siete la creazione e di conseguenza siete i soli a conoscere la verità”.
Meticolosamente avvolge me ed i miei compagni con estrema cura. Ci mette in un cerchio. Siamo pronti. Lei è pronta. I nostri sguardi non si possono incontrare perché sono tutt’uno con lei. Teniamo la sua vita nelle nostre mani. E ora la sua vita sarà estesa a voi.
“Su questa terra, è ora di separarci. La battaglia è stata vinta. Grazie a voi, la mia anima si è sparsa così lontano che ha ricoperto e cancellato il mio passato, presente e futuro; e l’unica cosa che mi appartiene è questo momento. Devo il mio Ora a voi. Ve ne sono per sempre grata”.
E così si parte per il paese dei TOYS FROM THE BLAZE (Giocattoli dalle fiamme). Stiamo venendo a giocare con voi.

My name is Can I Resurrect and Protect? I come from Coralina’s Magical Alternate Dimension, M.A.D. if you will. It is a pristine land where emotions have a face, shape or sound. An immaculate land where there are no set ideas, rules, age, gender. Where comparisons are a foreign concept and contradictions are natural like a wholesome child’s game.
It is a universe where everyone makes sense and spirits are free. Here, Time is like a compass. An entire life. A warning. A key. A secret. Where Space, is a vibrant home and shakes with freedom. All is always possible. I am always possible.
Sometimes I am a song Coralina writes, sometimes a character she plays, sometimes I am her dream. But for now I am her painting. My dream is to make you dream with me. I am always eternal. And I am always Coralina.
Today she gently rested her hand on me and carefully, melancholically, maternally, caressed me. Then she slowly leaned in and whispered, “Can I Resurrect and Protect? I am taking you and all your friends to play with the humans. Be kind to them for some will stare at you. Some will smile, some will love you, but some will ignore you and some will criticize you. And if the latter should be the case, all you need to do is remember that in the land where you come from Art is child. You are creation and as such you are the only one to know the truth.”
She meticulously wraps me and my companions safely and with extreme care. She sets us around in a circle. We are ready. She is ready. Our eyes cannot meet because they are one with her. We have her life in our hands. And now her life will be extended to you.
“On this earth, it is time for us to part. The battle is won. Because of you, my soul has spread so far that it covered and canceled my past, present and future; and all I own is this moment. I owe my Now to you. I am forever grateful.”
And off we go to the land of TOYS FROM THE BLAZE. We are off to play with You.
